  • 2 pkgs Barn To Butcher Chili Lime Marinated Chicken Breast (makes approximately 6-8


  • 1 Pineapple
  • 2 Avocados
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 White Onion
  • 4 Limes
  • 1 bundle Cilantro
  • 1 pkg Cotija Cheese
  • 1 pkg Flour or Corn Tortillas or Hard Shell Tacos


  • Preheat the Grill to 400 degrees F. Remove pineapple skin and cut it into slices, keeping the core intact for grilling. Cook 5 mins each side, set aside. Place Barn to Bucher Chili Lime Marinated Chicken Breast on Grill. Cook for 20-30 mins rotating chicken breast until cooked, check to make sure internal chicken temperature is to 165 degrees F. Let the chicken sit under foil for approximately 10 minutes after removing it from the grill.
  • Chop onions, tomatoes, and jalapenos. Next, chop or shred your cooked chicken breast.
  • Assemble the taco on a soft or hard shell. Add cheese, Avocado, Limes, and sour cream if desired.
