Chili Lime Creamy Chicken Tomato Dish

  • 2 pkgs Barn to Butcher Chili Lime Chicken Breast
  • 1 bundle Cilantro 3 tbsp when chopped
  • 1 White Onion
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Limes


  • When ready to cook, place Barn to Butcher Chili Lime Marinated Chicken Breast on counter for at least 10 minutes to room temperature. Pull cilantro from stems and chop till fine. Chop or mince onion and set to the side. Slice tomatoes and set aside. Heat olive oil in large skillet on medium heat. Place onions in skillet and cook till softened and golden brown. Remove chicken from package and place in skillet. Cook on each side for 8-10 minuets. Continue to rotate breast until golden brown on both sides. Add chicken broth and simmer for additional 10 minuets. Add additional broth if needed. Check internal temperature of Chicken to assure it is cooked to 165 degrees F. Turn burners to med-low heat. Add sliced tomatoes over chicken breast and pour heavy whipping cream across chicken. Simmer and allow sauce to thicken. Add limed wedges and cilantro to garnish. Serve over rice.
