HOW TO COOK
BONELESS SKINLESS BREASTS

Please Cook Thoroughly

OVEN:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Place your chicken on an oven-safe dish or pan.
  3. Once the oven is preheated, bake the chicken for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F.
  4. You can also check if the chicken is fully cooked by ensuring the juices run clear.

GRILL:

  1. Preheat the grill to 450°F; this typically takes around 10-15 minutes.
  2. Flip the chicken halfway through and grill for approximately 17 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.

AIR FRYER: Note: Every air fryer is different, so cook times may vary.

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Place the chicken inside, making sure not to overcrowd it.
  3. For small breasts (5-7 oz), cook for 7-10 minutes.
  4. For a medium breast (8-10 oz), cook for 10-12 minutes.
  5. For a large breast (11 oz and above), cook for 12-16 minutes.
  6. Check to ensure the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F.

STOVETOP:

  1. Cook on medium to high heat on your pan for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Flip the chicken breast 1-2 times throughout the cooking process.
  3. Check to ensure the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F.

  2. Place your chicken wings on an oven-safe dish or pan.
  3. Once the oven is preheated, bake the wings for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F.
  4. You can also check if the wings are fully cooked by ensuring the juices run clear.

GRILL:

  1. Preheat the grill to 450°F; this usually takes around 10-15 minutes.
  2. Flip the wings halfway through and grill for approximately 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.

& ITALIAN SAUSAGE

OVEN:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Place the Bratwurst or Italian Sausage on an oven-safe dish or pan.
  • Once the oven is preheated, bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 160°F.

GRILL:

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the Bratwurst or Italian Sausage for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches at least 160°F.

STOVETOP:

  • Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add a small amount of oil or butter, then place the Bratwurst or Italian Sausage in the pan.
  • Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches at least 160°F.

NOTE:

Ensure the sausages are thoroughly cooked with an internal temperature of at least 160°F before serving. Enjoy your flavorful Barn to Butcher Bratwurst and Italian Sausage!

HOW TO COOK
MARINATED
BEEF ROASTS

Please Cook Thoroughly

Please follow these guidelines for all five roast flavors:

  • Red Wine & Shallot
  • Birria
  • Authentic Steakhouse
  • Smokehouse BBQ
  • Burgundy Pepper

Note: Remove the beef from the refrigerator one hour before cooking for best results.

CROCKPOT:

  1. Set the Crockpot: Choose the HIGH setting (4-6 hours) or LOW setting (8 hours).
  2. Add Broth: Use 2-3 cups of beef broth to keep the roast moist.
  3. Check for Doneness: Ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F for medium-rare or 160°F for medium.

OVEN:

  1. Preheat Oven: Heat to 450°F (240°C).
  2. Prepare the Roast: Toss vegetables in marinade, place them in an ovenproof skillet, and add the beef roast on top. Drizzle with 1 tsp of olive oil.
  3. Roast: Cook for 10 minutes, then lower oven to 350°F (180°C) and continue roasting for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F for medium-rare.
  4. Rest the Meat: Remove roast from oven, cover with foil, and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Finish Vegetables: Brown vegetables if desired, then serve with sliced beef.

DUTCH OVEN:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set to 300°F.
  2. Sear the Roast: In a 7-8 quart Dutch oven, heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat, sear roast 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Deglaze & Add Ingredients: Saute onions, add garlic, then deglaze with red wine (or beef broth). Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaves.
  4. Bake: Return roast to the pot with liquid halfway up the meat. Cover and bake for 1.5 hours.
  5. Add Vegetables: After 1.5 hours, add carrots and potatoes. Season, cover, and bake for 2 more hours or until the meat is tender.
  6. Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve directly from the pot or transfer to a platter.
